摘要
目的建立津力达颗粒有效成分多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定津力达颗粒多糖含量,并建立方法学考查。结果在葡萄糖浓度4.6~32.2 mg/L范围内,葡萄糖质量与峰面积线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9994),平均回收率为98.42%。结论所建立的津力达颗粒多糖含量测定法简单可行,稳定性和重现性好。津力达颗粒多糖含量较高,表明该药对治疗2型糖尿病的效果良好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharide content in Jinlida granules.Methods Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Jinlida granules,and the methodological investigation was established.Results Within the glucose concentration range of 4.6-32.2 mg/L,the linear relationship between glucose quality and peak area was good(R^(2)=0.9994),and the average recovery was 98.42%.Conclusion The established method for the determination of polysaccharide content in Jinlida granules is simple,feasible,stable and reproducible.The high polysaccharide content in Jinlida granules indicates that the drug has a good effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
