成年男性中有机磷酸酯暴露与睾酮水平的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨有机磷酯(OPEs)代谢物磷酸二丁酯(DPHP)对成年男性睾酮水平的影响。方法选用来自2013—2016年“美国健康和营养检查调查”数据及资料,共纳入763例作为研究对象。将DPHP水平进行连续性变量的对数变换,采用相关分析探索尿液中DPHP水平与睾酮水平的相关性。结果通过相关分析发现,尿液DPHP水平与睾酮水平呈负相关(r=-0.748,P=0.002)。尿液DPHP水平通过四分类法将其分为4组(Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4),再次采用相关分析比较4组之间尿液DPHP水平与睾酮水平相关性。当DPHP为分类变量时,与DPHP最低暴露组相比,最高暴露组的睾酮水平更低且去趋势性检验有意义(P=0.006)。校正值水平与睾酮水平呈负相关(r=-0.810,P=0.002)。结论高暴露于DPHP成年男性人群睾酮水平降低明显,降低OPEs类的暴露可能对促进男性生殖健康起到关键作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of dibutyl phosphate(DPHP),a metabolite of organophosphorus ester(OPEs),on testosterone level in adult men.Methods A total of 763 cases were included in the study by analyzing the data from National Health and Nutrition Examinations(NHANES)from 2013 to 2016.The DPHP level was transformed into logarithm of continuous variables.Correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between urine DPHP level and testosterone level.Results Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between urine DPHP level and testosterone level(r=-0.748,P=0.002).Urine DPHP levels were divided into four groups(Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4)by four-classification method.Correlation analysis was used again to explore the correlation between urine DPHP levels and testosterone levels among the four groups.It was found that,when DPHP was a categorical variable,testosterone level in the highest exposure group was lower than that in the lowest exposure group of DPHP,and the de trend test was significant(P=0.006).The corrected value level was negatively correlated with testosterone level(r=-0.810,P=0.002).Conclusion Testosterone levels decreased significantly in adult men with high exposure to DPHP.Reducing exposure to OPEs may play a key role in promoting male reproductive health.
