摘要
随钻声波测井仪在井下工作时间长、数据量大,传统的数据下载方式速率较慢,不能满足实际测井作业需求。介绍了基于USB转串口的随钻声波测井仪内存数据下载系统,RS-422总线波特率达1 Mbit/s,实际下载速率达78.4 kB/s,能够长时间稳定地下载测井数据。实验室测试和现场作业实际下载结果表明,该方案完全满足设计要求,并且适用于其他随钻仪器。
The acoustic logging while drilling(LWD)tool has a long working time in the well and a large amount of logging data.The traditional data downloading method is slow,which cannot meet the requirements of the actual logging work.This article introduces a memory data download system based on USB to serial converter.The baud rate of RS-422 bus is 1 Mbit/s and the download speed of memory data is 78.4 kB/s,which can download logging data stably for a long time.Laboratory tests and actual download results of the actual logging work show that the program fully meets the requirements of design requirements,which is also suitable for other LWD tools.
