摘要
为防止含硫化氢高的气井中酸性介质对过油管射孔器材的腐蚀,开展高抗硫化氢无枪身深穿透射孔弹的研制。从射孔弹抗硫化氢材料优选、装药和药型罩结构设计、承压设计等方面进行阐述,试验表明,射孔弹耐压达94 MPa,混凝土靶穿深平均达997.5 mm,平均穿孔孔径9.8 mm。在普光xxx井共射孔10次,射孔厚度30 m,射孔弹发射率100%,日增天然气6.2×10^(5) m^(3),增产效果明显。
In order to prevent the corrosion of tubing perforating equipment by acidic medium in gas well with high hydrogen sulfide,the development of high hydrogen sulfide resistant boby-free deep penetration perforation charge is carried out.In this paper,the optimization of hydrogen sulfide resistant materials,structural design of charge and liner,and pressure bearing design of perforating charge are described.Through hydrogen sulfide resistance test,pressure resistance test and penetration test,the pressure resistance reaches 94 MPa,the average penetration depth of concrete target reaches 997.5 mm,and the average casing diameter is 9.8 mm.10 times perforating are completed in Puguang xxx gas well,the perforation success rate is 100%,perforation thickness is 30 m,and daily increasing production is 6.2×10^(4) m^(3),which meet the requirements of production increase in Puguang gas field.
