摘要
为提高硅橡胶套管的绝缘能力,对放电硅橡胶套管进行仿真计算,研究了接地屏蔽对硅橡胶套管中心导体、伞群表面电场的影响,并从接地屏蔽尺寸及形状等方面对硅橡胶套管接地屏蔽进行了优化改进,改进后的硅橡胶套管中心导体表面电场裕度明显提升。对改进后的硅橡胶套管进行绝缘试验验证,绝缘性能满足了使用要求。
This paper simulated and calculated the discharge silicone rubber bushing to improve the insulation capacity.It studied the influence of the ground shield on the center conductor of the silicon isolator and the surface electric field of the umbrella group.It optimized and improved the ground shield of the silicone rubber bushing in terms of size and shape.The surface electric field margin has been promoted by using the improved center conductor of the silicone rubber bushing.This research carries out the insulation test of the improved silicone rubber bushing and verifies that the insulation performance meets the requirements.
