我国农村经济高质量发展的障碍因子诊断分析

Diagnostic Analysis of Obstacles to High-quality Development of Rural Economy in China

实现农村经济高质量发展是乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的重要举措。该研究基于新发展理念建立了农村经济高质量发展的指标体系,运用障碍因子诊断模型,以我国30个省的农村为研究对象,分析了2008—2018年农村经济高质量发展状况及障碍因素。结果表明,创新发展和协调发展是制约我国农村经济高质量发展的主要因素。

Achieving high-quality development of rural economy is an important measure for Rural Revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the new development concept,this paper establishes the index system of high-quality development of rural economy,applies the obstacle factor diagnosis model,takes the rural ar⁃eas of 30 provinces in China as the research object,and studies the high-quality development status and influencing factors of rural economy from 2008 to 2018.It is found that the main factors restricting the high-quality development level of China′s rural economy are innovative development and coordinated development.
