摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对宜昌市茶叶主产区102批次茶叶样品中6种水溶性维生素进行监测分析,外标法定量。结果表明:五峰、兴山、夷陵区、宜都和秭归茶叶产区均测出6种维生素,其中秭归产区中维生素C平均含量最高,远安产区中维生素B1平均含量最高,点军产区中烟酸平均含量最高,宜都产区中维生素B6平均含量最高,长阳产区中叶酸平均含量最高,五峰产区中维生素B2平均含量最高。各茶叶产区维生素含量存在显著差异,可能与茶叶的加工工艺、贮存条件、茶树的生长环境等因素有关。
In this study,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to monitor and analyze six water soluble vitamins in one hundred and two batches of tea samples from main tea producing areas in Yichang.Results show that the Wufeng,Xingshan,Yilingqu,Yidu and Zigui contain 6 kinds of vitamin.Zigui tea production areas were measured,including the highest average vitamin C,average Yuanan vitamin B1 in producing the highest levels,point the average content of nicotinic acid in producing the highest,Yidu reach vitamin B6 in producing the highest levels on average,the highest average vitamin folic acid content in Changyang area.The average content of vitamin B2 was the highest in Wufeng producing areas.The significant difference of vitamin content in different tea producing areas may be related to tea processing technology,storage conditions,tea growing environment and other factors.
