摘要
香蕉是广西自治区重点发展的优势水果产业之一,受当地自然环境影响,冬春寒流易对香蕉植株造成寒害,从而受灾减产。因此,利用现代信息技术,提升香蕉生产自然风险的抵抗能力尤为重要。该文介绍了广西香蕉全产业链公共服务平台的设计原则,提出建设香蕉寒害预警功能,抽取关键致灾因子建设寒害预警模型,并借助大数据技术生成综合寒害指数,经专家会商后确定预警等级,给出应对措施。同时,采用可视化展示技术。该平台可通过互联网为香蕉生产经营主体提供预警信息服务,起到防患于未然、稳产降损的作用。目前,该平台功能已进入试运行阶段,计算结果与专家判断基本一致,可为政府、蕉农和专家提供决策辅助作用。
Banana is one of the priority fruit industries in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.Affected by the local natural environment,the cold currents in winter and spring can easily cause cold damage to banana plants and cause disasters to reduce production.Therefore,it is particularly important to use modern information technology to im⁃prove the resistance to natural risks of banana production.This study introduced the design principles of the public service platform for the entire banana industry chain in Guangxi,and proposed the construction of a banana cold damage early warning function;extracted key hazards to build a cold damage early warning model,and used big data technology to generate a comprehensive cold damage index.After consultation with experts,the warning level was de⁃termined,and countermeasures were given,and visual display technology was adopted.This platform can provide ear⁃ly warning information services for banana production and operation entities through the Internet,and play a role in preventing problems before they occur,stabilizing production and reducing losses.At present,the function of the platform has entered the trial operation stage,and the calculation results are basically consistent with expert judg⁃ments,which can provide decision-making assistance for the government,banana farmers and experts.
