摘要 某330MW汽轮机运行中,前箱突发振动且伴随明显的异常声响,经过振动信号频谱分析及对变工况调节等参数的相关性分析,确定了故障范围,通过理论分析和经验公式计算,最终确定了故障产生的根源。对汽轮机进汽短管密封环进行更换,振动及异音现象消除,机组连续稳定运行。 During the operation of a 330MW steam turbine,the front bearing casing vibrated suddenly and accompanied by obvious abnormal noise.After spectral analysis of the vibration signal and various tests of variable working condition adjustment and other parameter correlation analysis,possible causes of the fault were determined.Furthermore,this paper carried out a theoretical analysis and empirical formula calculation and identify the root cause of the fault.Based on the analysis and testing results,the sealing ring of the steam inlet short pipe of the steam turbine is replaced,the vibration and abnormal noise are eliminated,and the unit runs stably.
