摘要 针对脉诊仪单路采样存在获取脉搏信号不全面、脉诊仪体积庞大、取脉耗时长等问题,设计一种基于STM32的三部脉象检测手环,实现对脉搏的寸关尺三部测量,并通过蓝牙发送数据满足便携性的要求。硬件设计以STM32F100为主控核心,设计外围电路实现对脉搏跳动变化的数据采集。上位机以LabVIEW和安卓为平台搭建PC端与移动端显示程序。通过对同一患者的同一时段的脉象进行多次检测,并以相关指标作为参考,最终测得设备前后误差在2%左右。此外,以标准脉象仪作为检测标准,该系统脉率的95%置信区间为[-2.783,2.803],该系统与脉象仪的脉率测量结果有较高一致性,表明该系统可靠性高、稳定性好,可适用于脉象监测与研究。 Aiming at the problems of incomplete acquisition of pulse signal,large volume and long time-consuming of pulse taking in single channel sampling of pulse diagnostic instrument,a three part pulse detection bracelet based on STM32 is designed to realize the three part measurement of pulse,and send data through bluetooth to meet the requirements of portability.The hardware design takes STM32f100 as the main control core,and the peripheral circuit is designed to collect the pulse change data.The upper computer uses LabVIEW and android as the platform to build the display program of PC and mobile terminal.By detecting the pulse of the same patient in the same period for many times,and taking the relevant indicators as a reference,the error before and after the equipment is finally measured to be about 2%.In addi⁃tion,taking the standard pulse meter as the detection standard,the 95%confidence interval of the pulse rate of the system is[-2.783,2.803].The pulse rate measurement results of the system and the pulse meter are highly consistent,indicating that the system has high reliabil⁃ity and good stability,and can be applied to pulse monitoring and research.
