目的实现与疾病预防控制业务需求相契合的数据治理主题应用,用数据监管与评价疾控业务管理情况和效果,推进疾控业务管理精细化、智慧化、数字化,提高疾控业务管理的工作效率和决策水平。方法采用德尔菲法、数据分析法、维度建模等方法对数据治理主题进行构建和展示。结果按照数据治理主题架构体系的9个部分,形成了6个主题库、248个业务指标,实现指标的可视化展示,达到疾控业务大数据应用和数字化业务监管的目的。结论数据治理主题应用的构建,有助于加强专题数据治理,推进疾控精细化管理,助力健康大数据的发展,是疾控高质量发展的必由之路。

Objective To realize the thematic application of data governance in line with the needs of disease prevention and control business,use data to supervise and evaluate the situation and effect of CDC business,so as to expedite the refinement,intelligent and digital management of CDC business and improve the work efficiency and decision-making level of CDC management.Methods Delphi method,data analysis,dimensional modeling are used to build and display Data Governance Topics.Results According to the 9 parts of the data governance theme architecture system,248 business indicators are formed in 6 subject databases to realize the visual display of indicators,and achieve the purpose of big data application of CDC and digital business supervision.Conclusion The construction of thematic application of data governance will help strengthen thematic data governance,promote the fine management of CDC,and promote the development of health big data,which is the only way for the high-quality development of CDC.
