目的探索互联网诊疗服务数据治理的价值和应用。方法梳理互联网诊疗孪生数据的现状及治理需求,阐述数据治理的技术要点,列举实例说明其在互联网诊疗领域中的实际应用,探讨目前数据治理面临的主要挑战及未来发展方向。结果互联网诊疗数据的多样性、非专业性、价值稀疏性等特点阻碍了数据利用。互联网诊疗业务的监管、学术研究、智慧服务和隐私保护均需要数据治理介入。“理”“采”“存”“管”“用”是互联网诊疗数据治理的主要环节。经过治理的数据具有学术和服务产品开发等多种应用方向。人工智能和多模态融合等技术将会给互联网诊疗领域数据治理带来新的突破。结论数据治理将为提升互联网诊疗服务水平提供有力支撑。

Objective To explore the value and application of data governance of internet medicine service.Methods We summarized the status of the twin data of internet medicine and the requirements of data governance,and illustrated the technical points of data governance.Examples of preliminary application of data governance of internet medicine were shown.The main challenges and future developments of data governance in internet medicine were discussed.Results The diversity,non-professional and value sparseness of the data generated from internet medicine hinder the application of data.Therefore,the supervision,academic researches,smart services and privacy protection of internet medicine all require the involvement of data governance.“Procedures and documentation”“integration”“storage”“management”and“application”are the main links of data governance of internet medicine.The governed data has a variety of applications such as scientific research and service or products development. The artificial intelligence and multimodal fusion technology will bring new breakthroughs todata governance in the field of internet medicine. Conclusion Data governance will provide strong supportfor improving the effectiveness of internet medicine service.
