护士长能力素质评价模型构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Evaluation Model of Head Nurse's Ability and Quality

目的打造护士长能力素质评价指标体系,构建智能化、自动化兼具实用性的护士长能力素质评价模型。方法运用问卷调查、专家问询等方法确定指标体系及权重,采用改进模糊综合评价法,优化权重,运用关键业绩指标、360度绩效评估等评价方法确定打分对象。结果根据对护士长的打分结果,该模型可自动计算护士长的能力素质各指标的综合评分。结论护士长能力素质评价模型操作方便,易于推广。运用该模型对护士长能力素质进行科学、客观的评价,有利于医院精细化、智慧化管理。

Objective To build an intelligent,automatic and practical evaluation model for head nurses'ability and quality.Methods The index system and weight are determined by using questionnaire survey,expert inquiry and other methods,the improved fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize the weight,and KPI,360 degree and other evaluation methods are used to determine the scoring object.Results The evaluation object scores the head nurses,and the model automatically calculates the comprehensive scores of each index of the head nurses’ability and quality.Conclusion It is convenient to operate and popularize the automatic evaluation model of head nurse’s ability and quality.It is beneficial to fine management of hospital to evaluate head nurse’s ability and quality scientifically and objectively.
