土地流转中的农民土地权益实现研究——基于农民主体性的实证分析

Study on the Realization of Farmers’ Land Interests and Rights in Farmland Transfer——An Empirical Analysis Based on Farmer’s Subjectivity

土地流转中的农民土地权益实现是当下的研究热点和重点问题。基于贵州省493户农户调研数据,本文在构建农民土地权益实现指数模型的基础上,探讨了不同区域的农民土地权益实现程度,并采用有序Logistic模型考察了农民的主体性对土地权益实现程度的影响作用。研究表明,第一,农民主体性包含认识主体、创造主体、价值主体三个维度,分别通过主观、客观机制实现农民土地权益;第二,土地流转中,农民土地权益的客观实现程度高于主观实现程度,呈现出区域差异性;第三,农民发起土地流转交易同时通过客观、主观路径对农民土地权益实现具有显著正向影响;教育水平仅通过主观路径影响农民土地权益实现。

The realization of farmers’ land rights and interests in farmland transfer transactions has become an academic controversial debate.Based on the survey data of 493 households in Guizhou province, this paper discusses the realization degree of farmers’ land rights and interests in different regions by constructing the index model of its realization implementation.Moreover, it investigates the influence of farmers’ subjectivity on the realization degree of land rights and interests using the ordered logistic model.The research conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the characters of farmers’ subjectivity are based on three dimensions: knowledge subject, creation subject, and value subject.Farmers’ land rights and interests are realized through subjective and objective mechanisms from the above dimensions respectively.Secondly, during the process of land transfer, the objective realization degree for farmlands’ rights and interests is higher than its subjective realization degree, which presents regional differences.Thirdly, land transfer transactions have a significant positive impact on the realization of farmers’ land rights and interests recur to objective and subjective paths when farmers initiate the land transfer transaction process.Besides, the farmers’ education level merely affects the realization of farmers’ land rights in virtue of the subjective path.
