农业生产集聚:能否促进耕地利用效率——基于面板门槛模型再检验

Agricultural Production Agglomeration: Can It Promote Cultivated Land Use Efficiency?——Re-inspection Based on a Panel Threshold Model

本文从理论上系统分析了农业生产集聚对耕地利用效率的影响机制,利用我国2000—2019年31个省份农业生产数据,通过随机前沿生产函数、面板数据模型和面板门槛模型等方法分析农业生产集聚对耕地利用效率的影响。研究结果表明,农业生产集聚通过交互作用对耕地利用效率产生显著影响,尤其是与服务主体专业化程度的交互作用比市场组织交互作用更强烈。并且,不同地理区位表现出异质性,在东部和中部两地区,农业生产集聚能够显著促进对耕地利用效率,而在西部地区不显著。此外,研究发现农业生产集聚对耕地利用效率存在门槛效应,当农业生产集聚水平低于门槛值0.993时,生产集聚对耕地利用效率影响不显著,当高于门槛值0.993时,生产集聚能够显著地抑制耕地利用效率损失,且地区间个体特征差异对耕地利用效率的影响会逐渐被削弱。

This paper systematically analyzes the impact mechanism of agricultural production agglomeration on cultivated land-use efficiency in theory.Using the agricultural production data of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2019,this paper analyzes the impact of agricultural production agglomeration on cultivated land-use efficiency by means of a random frontier production function, panel data model and panel threshold model.The results show that agricultural production agglomeration has a significant impact on cultivated land use efficiency through interaction, especially with the degree of specialization of service subjects, which is stronger than that of market organizations.And different geographical locations show heterogeneity.In the eastern and central regions, agricultural production agglomeration can significantly promote the use efficiency of cultivated land, but not in the western region.In addition, it is found that agricultural production agglomeration has a threshold effect on cultivated land-use efficiency.When the level of agricultural production agglomeration is lower than the threshold value of 0.993,the impact of production agglomeration on cultivated land-use efficiency is not significant.When it is higher than the threshold value of 0.993,production agglomeration can significantly inhibit the loss of cultivated land-use efficiency, And the impact of regional individual characteristics on cultivated land-use efficiency will be gradually weakened.
