摘要
晶核早强剂能够有效提高混凝土早期强度,且不引起后期强度倒缩,对提高预制混凝土早期强度具有显著效果。针对纳米SiO_(2)晶核早强剂,研究了其在不同掺量条件下对混凝土性能的影响。研究结果表明,纳米SiO_(2)晶核早强剂在一定掺量范围内能加快水泥水化进程,促进水泥凝结,显著提高混凝土早期强度,适用于预制混凝土的生产。
Nucleation early strength agent can effectively improve the early strength of concrete without causing the regression of later strength,and has a significant effect on improving the early strength of precast concrete.The effect of Nano-SiO_(2) nucleation early strength agent with different content on the properties of concrete was studied.The results show that nano-SiO_(2)nucleation early strength agent can accelerate the hydration process of cement,promote cement setting and significantly improve the early strength of concrete within a certain dosage range.It is suitable for the production of precast concrete.
