摘要
针对预应力混凝土早、后期设计强度高和施工流动性高、浇筑时间长的特点,通过采用掺合料复合掺加技术,分步投料搅拌,同时优化骨料级配和颗粒形貌等技术措施,较好地兼顾了预应力混凝土的力学性能和施工性能,进一步提高了预应力混凝土构件质量,降低了其生产成本。
Prestressed concrete is characterized by high design strength in its early and late period,high construction performance and long pouring time.By taking compound admixture technology,mixing step by step,and optimizing aggregate gradation and particle morphology,the requirements of mechanical properties and construction properties of prestressed concrete are well realized.Furthermore,the quality of prestressed concrete members is improved and the production cost is reduced.
