摘要
本文对白云石粉材料的性能及其替代粉煤灰对混凝土性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:白云石粉主要成分为CaO、MgO和SiO_(2),与粉煤灰化学成分存在部分差异,但其物理性能指标及其对混凝土性能的影响相近;白云石粉可作为辅助胶凝材料与粉煤灰、矿渣粉等矿物掺合料复配使用,充分利用其叠加效应和填充效应,进而改善混凝土性能;白云石粉可改善混凝土抗冻性能和早期收缩性能,降低水化热,应用效果优于粉煤灰,但不宜应用在硫酸盐侵蚀环境中。
The performance of dolomite powder material and its effect on concrete performance instead of fly ash are studied.The results show that the main components of dolomite powder are CaO,MgO and SiO_(2),which are somewhat different from fly ash,but their physical properties and effects on concrete properties are similar.Dolomite powder can be used as auxiliary cementing material and mineral admixtures such as fly ash and slag powder to make full use of its superposition effect and filling effect to improve concrete properties.Dolomite powder can improve the frost resistance and early shrinkage of concrete,and reduce the heat of hydration.Its application effect is better than fly ash,but it is not suitable for sulfate erosion environment.
