摘要
通过计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟计算分析某实际工程设计阶段的充盐策略参数,对储罐内熔盐温度和储罐壁面温度的影响,通过分析模拟结果后确定在项目具体实施阶段采用预热系统及电加热器系统配合的充盐策略。通过将此充盐策略用于实际商业项目第1次充盐过程,效果良好,储罐整体温度较为均匀,同时也发现在第1次充盐过程中储罐基础存在较为明显的散热作用,应当引起足够重视。
The heat storage system is one of the core systems of the concentrating solar power(CSP)station,and the failure of the storage tank system is extremely harmful to the CSP station.At present,there are few studies on the temperature influence of the storage tank operation conditions,especially the first salt filling process,and there is no detailed salt filling process strategy to guide operation.CFD simulation has been presented to analyze the parameters of the first filling process.The influence on the molten salt temperature in the storage tank and the temperature difference of the tank wall has been achieved.Based on the simulation results,the preheating and heater system has been decided to use during salt filling together.By using this salt filling strategy to the first salt filling process of practical commercial projects,the temperature difference of the tank wall is well controlled,and the overall temperature of the storage tank is relatively uniform.What should be noticed is that the foundation of the storage tank can significate effect the salt temperature during the first salt charging process.
