摘要
为了提高清洁能源消纳率,解决负荷侧能源调度不足的问题,提出负荷层和冷电联供双层调度策略。首先负荷层对不同形式的负荷进行分类建模,然后通过源荷协调模型调整负荷转移或削减,匹配风电出力时序增加清洁能源消纳;其次调度层依据市场电价优化系统运行经济性,协调出力设备功率曲线。最后采用禁忌-细胞膜混合算法对双层调度模型求解。通过算例分别对比4种运行方案下系统各设备的运行情况,验证所提策略的可行性和有效性。
To improve the wind power consumption rate of clean energy and solve the problems of insufficient energy dispatch on the side,a double dispatching strategy considering the load layer and the combined cooling and power dispatching system is proposed.The load layer first classifies and models different types of loads,and then adjusts load transfer or reduction through source load dispatching model to match wind power output sequence and increase clean energy consumption;dispatching layer optimizes system operation economy according to market price and coordinates power curve of output equipment.The tabu search-cell membrane optimization hybrid algorithm is used to solve the double dispatching model.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified by comparing the operation of equipment in the four operation modes.
