7.Pursuing higher-standard opening up and promoting stable growth of foreign trade and investment We will make full use of international and domestic markets and resources,continue to expand international economic cooperation and trade,and push for in-depth reform and high-quality development by promoting high-standard opening up.

(七)扩大高水平对外开放,推动外贸外资平稳发展。充分利用两个市场两种资源,不断拓展对外经贸合作,以高水平开放促进深层次改革、推动高质量发展。织餅举稳定外贸。扩大出口信用保险对中小微外贸企业的覆盖面,加强出口信贷支持,优化外汇服务,加快出口退税进度,帮助外贸企业稳订单稳生产。加快发展外贸新业态新模式,充分发挥跨境电商作用,支持建设一批海外仓。积极扩大优质产品和服务进口。
