宫颈癌调强放射治疗中膀胱体积变化对靶区和危及器官的影响及干预措施

摘要 宫颈癌患者调强放射治疗(IMRT)时,疗程中膀胱体积不一致会造成靶区和危及器官实际剂量分布与计划设计预期结果的误差。为减小膀胱体积变化对放射治疗的影响,需采取干预措施。文章就宫颈癌患者IMRT中膀胱体积变化对靶区和危及器官的影响进行综述,并对目前采用口头协议、锥形束CT、超声膀胱测容仪和自适应放射治疗等干预措施进行分析。宫颈癌患者IMRT疗程中膀胱的体积变化会造成计划预期的靶区及危及器官剂量学参数与实际治疗获得的结果存在差异,临床放射治疗实践中应密切关注并根据放射治疗单位自身条件采取合适的干预措施以降低影响。
