塔里木马鹿体表寄生的软蜱种类及其携带病原的PCR鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 为了确定塔里木马鹿体表寄生软蜱的种类及其携带部分病原情况,从若羌县某塔里木马鹿场采集塔里木马鹿体表寄生的软蜱48只,通过形态学和分子生物学的方法对所采集的软蜱进行种类鉴定;同时用PCR方法检测蜱体中梨形虫、牛无浆体、嗜吞噬细胞无浆体和绵羊无浆体感染情况。结果显示,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定,48份软蜱样本均为拉合尔钝缘蜱,其线粒体SSU rDNA和COXⅠ基因序列与来自新疆的拉合尔钝缘蜱的同源性均为100%。经PCR检测软蜱中梨形虫和无浆体感染时,发现48份软蜱DNA样本中有3份呈绵羊无浆体核酸阳性,其感染率为6.3%(3/48),未检测出梨形虫、牛无浆体和嗜吞噬细胞无浆体。调查结果表明,塔里木马鹿也是拉合尔钝缘蜱的宿主,这丰富了我国蜱及蜱传病研究的基础数据。 In order to identify the species of soft ticks collected from the body surface of Tarim red deer and to analyze their carrying partiol pathogens,total of 48 soft ticks were collected from Tarim red deer body surface in a farm in Ruoqiang County.The species of soft ticks were identified by the methods of morphology and molecular biology.At the same time,PCR was used to detect the infection of piroplasma,Anaplasma bovis,A.phagocytophilum,and A.ovis in the soft ticks.The results showed that48 soft ticks were Ornithodoros lahorensis according to morphology and molecular biology identification,and all sequences of soft ticks at SSU r DNA and COXⅠgenes obtained in this study had 100% homology with O.lahorensis isolates from Xinjiang.Detection results of piroplasma and Anaplasma sp.by PCR showed that,three of 48 soft tick DNA samples were positive for A.ovis,with the infection rate was6.3%(3/48),while no piroplasma,A.bovis and A.phagocytophilum were detected.To our knowledge,Tarim red deer is also the host of O.lahorensis,which enriches the basic data of ticks and tick-borne diseases in China.
