摘要
奶牛乳腺炎是导致养牛业巨大经济损失的疾病,如今仍无有效防控方法。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)既可以直接作用于m RNA,又可以通过调控mi RNA而间接作用于m RNA,从而影响下游靶基因及蛋白表达。LncRNA功能强大,广泛参与了染色体重构、核小体修饰、可变剪接、基因组印记、靶标模拟、功能性蛋白转运、转录干扰、细胞周期及分化等多种机体重要的生理和病理学调控过程。研究证实,lncRNA在奶牛乳腺炎中发挥重要作用。本文综述了奶牛乳腺炎和lncRNA的研究背景、lncRNA的生物学功能、lncRNA在奶牛乳腺炎体内外模型中的作用、lncRNA介导奶牛乳腺炎相关信号通路的机制,并对lncRNA在乳腺炎等炎性疾病的研究与应用前景方面进行了展望。
Mastitis is a disease that causes huge economic losses in the cattle industry.There are still no effective prevention and control methods.Long non-coding RNAs(Lnc RNAs)could directly act on m RNA,and indirectly act on m RNA by regulating mi RNA,thereby affecting downstream target genes and protein expression.Lnc RNAs are powerful,and widely involved in many important physiological and pathological regulatory processes,such as chromosome remodeling,nucleosome modification,alternative splicing,genome imprinting,target simulation,functional protein transport,transcription interference,cell cycle and differentiation.It was confirmed that lnc RNAs play important roles in mastitis.The research background of bovine mastitis and lnc RNA,the biological functions of lnc RNAs,the effects and roles of lnc RNAs of the mastitis model in vivo and in vitro,the mechanism of lnc RNA mediated bovine mastitis related signal pathways were reviewed,and the research and prospect of the application of lnc RNAs in mastitis and other inflammatory diseases were summarized.
