Considering the internal and external factors, the driving factors of the coupling and coordination of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin include innovative development, modern factors, modern industry, modern spatial pattern, rural revitalization, open development, infrastructure and platform building. The paths of coupling and coordination include the innovation in systems and mechanisms, the formation of a collaboration mechanism, the improvement of the mechanism for guaranteeing collaboration and the establishment of modern governance system.
