乡村振兴视域下《组织起来》对农村基层党组织组织力提升的启示

The Inspiration o“f Organizing”to the Promotion of the Organizational Capability of the Rural Grass-Roots Party Organizations from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

《组织起来》是毛泽东同志在中共中央招待陕甘宁边区劳动英雄大会上的重要讲话。“组织起来”是毛泽东同志领导中国革命取得胜利的重要思想,在更好聚集人民力量克服困难、战胜日本侵略者上发挥了巨大作用,对于新形势下中国共产党推进群众组织工作、更加密切党群关系、提升组织力,领导全面推动乡村振兴战略实施也有着重要的现实启示意义,主要有以下五个方面:掌握做群众工作的本领,提升动员力;坚持把群众力量组织起来,提升凝聚力;坚持走到群众中去,提升服务力;克服官僚主义作风,提升执行力;坚持自我批评,提升战斗力。

“Organizing”is an important speech delivered by Mao Zedong to the Central Committee of the Commu⁃nist Party of China at the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border Area Work Heroes Conference.“Organizing”is an impor⁃tant thought that Mao Zedong led the Chinese revolution to victory.It has played a huge role in gathering peo⁃ple's power to overcome difficulties and defeat the Japanese invaders.It is important for the CPC to promote mass organization work,closer party-mass relations and enhance organizational strength under the new situa⁃tion.The leadership to comprehensively promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy al⁃so has important realistic inspiration significance,which mainly includes the following five aspects:mas⁃tering the ability to do the work of the masses and improving mobilization;insisting on organizing the mass⁃es and enhancing cohesion;insisting on walking to the masses and improving service strength;overcoming bu⁃reaucracy and improving execution;sticking to self-criticism and improving combat effectiveness.
