居住地平均气温与上呼吸道感染患儿SAA检测阳性率的相关性 被引量:4

Correlation between the positive rate of SAA in children with upper respiratory tract infection and the average temperature of residential area

摘要 目的分析居住地平均气温变化与1~6岁上呼吸道感染患儿血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)检测阳性率的相关性。方法2016年1月-2019年12月自广州市气象局收集广州市日均温度信息。收集同年在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心确诊的上呼吸道感染患儿信息,并计算每天患儿SAA检测阳性率。利用分布滞后非线性模型来分析平均气温与患儿SAA检测阳性率的相关性。结果SAA检测阳性率在1~<4岁和4~6岁两个年龄段患儿中的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=174.89,P<0.001)。SAA检测阳性率与当天温度呈负相关(r=-0.36,P<0.05)。气温在5~15℃时,1~<4岁上感患儿SAA检测阳性率有升高风险(RR>1,滞后5~14 d);5~10℃时,4~6岁上感患儿SAA检测阳性率有升高风险(RR>1,滞后0~10 d)。而平均温度在20~25℃之间时,上感患儿SAA检测阳性率降低。结论居住地日均气温可影响上呼吸道感染SAA阳性率,平均气温<15℃时,上感患儿SAA检测阳性率增高,低气温季节病毒易于传播,应做好儿童呼吸道感染的防御。 Objective Analyze the correlation between the change of mean air temperature in residence and the positive rate of serum amyloid A(SAA)detection in children aged 1-6 years with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods The average daily temperature information of Guangzhou from January 2016 to December 2019 was collected from Guangzhou Meteorological Bureau.The information of children with upper respiratory tract infection confirmed in Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center in the same year was collected,and the positive rate of SAA detection in children was calculated every day.A distributed lag nonlinear model was used to analyze the correlation between mean air temperature and SAA positive rate in children.Results There was significant difference in SAA positive rate between 1-<4 years old and 4-6 years old children(χ^(2)=174.89,P<0.001).The positive rate of SAA was negatively correlated with the temperature of the day(r=-0.36,P<0.05).When the temperature was 5-15 ℃,the positive rate of SAA detection in children aged 1-<4 years had an increased risk(RR>1,with a lag of 5-14 days).At 5-10 ℃,the positive rate of SAA detection in children aged 4-6 years had an increased risk(RR>1,with a lag of 0-10 days).When the average temperature was between 20-25 ℃,the positive rate of SAA detection in children with upper susceptibility decreased.Conclusions Average daily air temperature could affect the SAA positive rate of upper respiratory tract infection.When the average air temperature was <15 ℃,the SAA positive rate of upper respiratory tract infection in children increased.The virus is easy to spread in low temperature season,it is necessary to do a good job in the prevention of children’s respiratory tract infection.
