China speeds up implementation of integrated national big data system Located in southwest China, Guizhou Province is known for its geological stability, mild climate and cheaper electricity prices due to its abundant renewable energy sources. These are all assets for the development of the big data industry. Currently, more than 20 data centers are in operation or under construction in Guizhou.
