Objective To explore the effect of the bundle electronic nursing pathway based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in cervical cancer patients. Methods From January 2019 to February 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 140 cervical cancer patients admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Henan Cancer Hospital,Affiliated to Zhengzhou University as the research object. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,70 cases in each group. The control group conducted routine nursing, and the observation group carried out the bundle electronic nursing pathway based on ERAS.The postoperative bladder function recovery, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative urinary catheter removal time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of urinary retention was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The bundle electronic nursing pathway based on ERAS can promote the recovery of bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
