儿科无痛管理联合音乐疗法在门诊患儿股静脉采血中的应用效果

Application effect of pediatric painless management combined with music therapy in outpatient children undergoing femoral vein blood sampling

目的探讨儿科无痛管理联合音乐疗法在门诊患儿股静脉采血中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1月—2020年1月在山西省儿童医院门诊进行股静脉采血的186例患儿为研究对象,按照时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,各93例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予儿科无痛管理联合音乐疗法。比较两组患儿股静脉采血首次穿刺成功率、穿刺后并发症的发生率、穿刺时疼痛评分及家长焦虑情况。结果干预后观察组患儿股静脉采血首次穿刺成功率高于对照组,穿刺后并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿改良儿童疼痛行为评分量表各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长的焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科无痛管理联合音乐疗法能够提高门诊患儿股静脉采血的首次穿刺成功率,降低穿刺后并发症的发生率,减轻患儿疼痛,缓解患儿家长的焦虑情绪。

Objective To explore the application effect of pediatric painless management combined with music therapy in outpatient children undergoing femoral vein blood sampling.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 186 children who underwent femoral vein blood collection in the outpatient department of Shanxi Children's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group in chronological order,with 93 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given pediatric painless management combined with music therapy on this basis.The success rate of the first puncture of femoral vein blood collection,the incidence of complications after puncture,the pain score during puncture and the anxiety of the parents of the children were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the success rate of first puncture of femoral vein blood sampling in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications after puncture was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Modified Child Pain Behavior Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale score of parents of children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Pediatric painless management combined with music therapy can improve the success rate of the first puncture of femoral vein blood collection in outpatient children,reduce the incidence of complications after puncture,relieve the pain of children and relieve the anxiety of their parents.
