微电影在老年人群艾滋病健康教育中的干预效果

Study on the application effect of micro-film intervention in AIDS health education among the elderly

目的探讨微电影干预在老年人群艾滋病健康教育中的应用效果,为开展老年人群艾滋病健康教育提供有效的思路和方法。方法于2021年4-5月以社区100名老年人为研究对象,应用自行设计并开发的老年人艾滋病微电影对其进行健康教育,干预2周后,通过问卷调查比较干预前后老年人艾滋病健康教育效果。结果100名研究对象在微电影艾滋病健康教育后,艾滋病知识知晓率由干预前的30.00%提升至76.00%,艾滋病歧视态度各维度与总量表得分均值均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微电影干预可为老年人群艾滋病健康教育提供一种创新的教育模式,提高艾滋病防治健康教育效果,弥补单纯言语式教学的不足,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of micro-film intervention in AIDS health education for the elderly population and provide practical ideas and methods for AIDS health education among them.Approaches From April to May 2021,100 elderly in the community were selected as the research object.Health education was conducted for them with self-designed and developed AIDS micro-films.After two weeks of intervention,the effects of AIDS health education on the elderly before and after intervention were compared through a questionnaire survey.Results After the micro-film AIDS health education for 100 subjects,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge increased from 30.00%before intervention to 76.00%,and the average scores of all dimensions and total scale of AIDS discrimination attitude were lower than before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Micro-film intervention can provide an innovative education model for AIDS health education of the elderly population,improve the effect of AIDS prevention and treatment health education,making up for the deficiency of pure verbal teaching,which is worth learning and promoting.
