摘要
抗反转录病毒治疗可有效抑制HIV的复制,使感染者实现病毒学抑制,但部分感染者在实现病毒学抑制后发生低病毒血症,对患者的治疗效果带来不良影响,受到临床普遍重视。然而,目前对低病毒血症的病毒来源及形成机制、病毒的进化及对预后的影响认识还不统一。本文就低病毒血症对预后影响及形成机制和分子进化规律现状进行综述,为更好地管理与治疗低病毒血症患者提供参考。
Antiretroviral therapy can effectively inhibit the replication of HIV and make infected persons achieve viral suppression.However,a low-level viremia(LLV)can be detected among some patients after achieving viral suppression,which may impact treatment effectiveness and has aroused clinicians’concern.Furthermore,there is currently limited information regarding the pathogenetic mechanism of LLV,its impact on prognosis,and viral evolution.The review summarized the recent progress on the prognosis,pathogenetic mechanism,and molecular evolution of LLV,aiming to improve the management and treatment of HIV-1 infected patients with LLV.
