阴道彩超与腹部彩超对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断价值比较

Value of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal color ultrasound in diagnosis of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cysts

目的:比较阴道彩超与腹部彩超对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断价值。方法:抽取滨州市中心医院2016年6月至2020年6月经手术病理检查确诊为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的60例患者为研究对象,均于术前行阴道彩超和腹部彩超检查。以病理检查结果为标准,比较两种彩超检查方法的诊断准确率、漏诊率和误诊率。结果:阴道彩超结果的诊断准确率(95.0%,57/60)高于腹部彩超(68.3%,41/60),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);阴道彩超的误诊率(3.3%,2/60)及漏诊率(1.7%,1/60)低于腹部彩超(18.3%,11/60;13.3%,8/60),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:与腹部彩超相比,阴道彩超诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的准确率更高,能够有效地为医生提供可靠的诊断依据,利于尽早治疗,加快患者康复。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal color ultrasound for torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cysts.Methods Sixty patients with torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cysts diagnosed by surgical pathology examination in Binzhou Central Hospital from June 2016 to June 2020 were selected as research objects,and all of them underwent vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal color ultrasound before the operation.Taking pathology examination results as gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two ultrasound methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of vaginal color ultrasound(95.0%,57/60)was significantly higher than that of abdominal color ultrasound(68.3%,41/60),P<0.05.The misdiagnosis rate(3.3%,2/60)and missed diagnosis rate(1.7%,1/60)of vaginal color ultrasound were significantly lower than those of abdominal color ultrasound(18.3%,11/60;13.3%,8/60),P<0.05.Conclusions Compared with abdominal colour ultrasound,vaginal colour ultrasound has a higher accuracy rate in the diagnosis of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cysts,which can effectively provide reliable diagnostic basis for doctors,conduce to formulating treatment early,and faster recovery.
