Research on Quality Structure of Prison Science Talents Training from the Perspective of Modern Prison Governance

我国正在推进治理体系和治理能力现代化。作为社会治理体系的重要组成部分,应将监狱治理体系镶嵌于国家治理体系现代化整体布局中,在国家宏观治理的顶层设计中,着重研究监狱治理的微观运行机制,推动监狱法治化。现代化监狱治理离不开法治人才培养。监狱学人才培养工作应积极作为,重视监狱理论与实践的融合,从现代化监狱治理的角度加强人才培养素质结构的构建,实现监狱现代化“管理”到“治理”的深度转变。

China is promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity. As an important part of social governance system, prison governance system should be embedded in the overall layout of the modernization of national governance system. In the top-level design of national macro governance, we should focus on the micro operation mechanism of prison governance and promote the legalization of prison. Modern prison governance is inseparable from the training of legal talents. The training of prison talents should take an active role, pay attention to the integration of prison theory and practice, strengthen the construction of talent training quality structure from the perspective of modern prison governance, and realize the in-depth transformation from “management” to “governance” of prison modernization.
