智慧侦查视阈下大数据技术应用的困境与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Big Data Technology Application from the Perspective of Intelligent Investigation

随着互联网、物联网、云计算等相关技术的迅速发展,侦查活动中大数据及相关技术的应用也逐渐频繁。以大数据及相关技术为核心的智慧侦查模式在证据收集、信息处理、犯罪预测等方面都有其独特的应用价值,为公安机关侦查技术的变革、进步作出了巨大贡献。但智慧侦查模式下大数据技术的应用也存在数据组建不完善、体制阻碍、人才稀缺、侵犯公民隐私等困境。针对这些困境,从数据整合、制度建设、人才培养、法律完善四个方面提出相关对策与解决途径,为实现智慧侦查模式提供思路和策略。

With the rapid development of Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing and other related technologies, the application of big data and related technologies in investigation activities is also gradually frequent.The intelligent investigation mode with big data and related technology as the core has its unique application value in the aspects of evidence collection, information processing, crime prediction, etc., which makes great contributions to the reform and progress of the investigation technology of public security organs. However, the application of big data technology under the mode of intelligent investigation also has some difficulties, such as imperfect data formation, institutional obstacles, talent scarcity, infringement of citizens’ privacy and so on. In view of these difficulties, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and ways, and provides ideas and strategies for the realization of intelligent investigation mode.
