内分泌腺体中磷酸二酯酶的分布及作用研究进展

摘要 磷酸二酯酶(PDEs)是细胞内的一类水解酶家族,可催化细胞内环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的水解,分别产生5′-单磷酸腺苷(5′-AMP)和5′-单磷酸鸟苷(5′-GMP),它们作为cAMP及cGMP细胞内浓度及生物学效应的关键调控因子,在多分子信号/调控复合物信号体的形成和功能中起着重要作用。因此,PDEs通过控制细胞内信号传导途径可以调控许多病理生理变化,参与癌症、炎症、神经退行性疾病和内分泌失调等过程。本综述对PDEs在内分泌腺体中的分布及作用进行阐述。 Phosphodiesterases(PDEs)is a family of hydrolytic enzyme in cells which can catalyze the hydrolysis of intracellular cAMP and cGMP to produce 5′-AMP and 5′-GMP,respectively.As the key regulators of cAMP/cGMP intracellular concentration and biological effects,PDEs play an important role in the formation and function of complex signaling molecules.Therefore,the intracellular signaling pathways controlled by PDEs can be altered in many pathological conditions and processes such as cancer,inflammation,neurodegenerative diseases and endocrine disorders.The review illustrates the distribution of expression and functions of PDEs in endocrine glands.
