摘要
新型脂肪细胞因子Meteorin-like(Metrnl)是神经营养调节因子Meteorin(Metrn)的同源蛋白。研究发现,Metrnl密切参与糖脂代谢性疾病,如血脂异常、肥胖、2型糖尿病、冠心病及非酒精性脂肪性肝病等的调控。其机制可能与诱导米色脂肪形成、调节腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体δ/γ(PPARδ/γ)通路、激活WNT/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)通路有关。因此,深入探讨Metrnl在糖脂代谢中的作用及机制,以期提高对脂肪细胞因子Metrnl的认识,有望使其成为治疗糖脂代谢性疾病的新靶点。
The novel secretory adipokine named Meteorin-like(Metrnl)related is a protein homologous to the neurotrophic regulator factor Meteorin(Metrn).Studies have found that Metrnl is closely involved in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism related diseases such as dyslipidemia,obesity,type 2 diabetes,coronary heart disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.The mechanism may be related to the induction of beige fat formation,regulation of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorδ/γ(PPARδ/γ)pathways,and activation of WNT/β-catenin pathways.Therefore,further explore the role and possible mechanism of Metrnl in glucose and lipid metabolism,in order to improve the understanding of the adipose secretion factor Metrnl,which is expected to be a novel target for the treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism related diseases.
