CT增强在结直肠癌肝转移患者检查中的意义

The Significance of Intensive CT in Inspecting Liver Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:探讨CT增强在结直肠癌肝转移患者检查中的意义。方法:抽取本院2019年12月至2021年11月结直肠癌肝转移患者50例,均行CT增强检查,评估其符合率及影像学数据。结果:1)50例患者共出现223个转移病灶,CT增强诊断正确211个,准确率为94.62%。2)原发病灶为左侧结肠患者共36例,肝转移灶共156个,肝左叶转移占比48.08%、肝右侧转移占比51.92%;原发病灶为右侧结肠患者共14例,肝转移灶共55个,肝左叶转移占比30.91%、肝右侧转移占比69.09%。结论:对结直肠癌肝转移患者采用CT增强检查准确率较高,还可评估肝转移灶具体情况,便于后续治疗方案的调整,具有一定的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the significance of intensive CT in inspecting liver metastasis of colorectal cancer patients. Methods The 50 colorectal cancer patients suffered from liver metastasis were enrolled into this study:they received intensive CT inspection;then,the obtained accordance rate and image data were evaluated. Results 1)in the 50 patients,intensive CT inspected 211 lesions out,compared with really metastasis lesions of 223,its accuracy rate was up to 94.52%;2)36 cases’ primary lesions were at leftcolon,the total of their liver metastasis lesions were 156(left metastasis accounted for 48.08%,right ones for 51.92%);meanwhile 14 cases’ primary lesions were at right-colon,the total of their liver metastasis lesions were 35(left metastasis accounted for 30.91%,right ones for 69.09%). Conclusion The accuracy rate of intensive CT in inspecting liver metastasis of colorectal cancer patients is higher,also can evaluate concrete status of liver metastasis lesions so that regulate further treatment schema,thus it has certain clinical significance.
