腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术行右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis on Demedetomidine-assisted General Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Radical Surgery for Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果和安全性。方法:将80例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者分为对照组37例和观察组43例,2组患者均行常规腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术和全身麻醉,对照组患者麻醉诱导前静脉注射生理盐水,观察组患者麻醉诱导前静脉泵入右美托咪定,观察2组患者各时段血流动力学指标、麻醉相关指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者T_(0)、T_(1)时段心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、平均肺动脉压(MPAP)水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间以及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术期间应用右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉,有助于稳定患者麻醉期间血流动力学指标,安全性尚佳。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of demedetomidine(DEX)-assisted general anesthesia in laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods The 80 patients with colorectal cancer and to be subject to radical surgery under general anesthesia were divided into control group(37 cases,before anesthesia revulsion intravenously injecting normal saline)and observation group(43 cases,intravenonsly pumping into DEX);then,both groups’ hemodynamics norms at every time-points,anesthesia-related norms,and incidence of unward reactions. Results When at T_(0) and T_(1) observation groups’ HR,MAP and MPAP levels were all significantly lower than control group’ones(all,P <0.05);but,in the time for respiratory recovered,for open eyes,and for trachea-cannula extubated,as well as unward reaction’s incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion DEX-assisted general anesthesa in laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer is beneficial to stablize patients’ hemodynamics norms and good safe at anesthesia duration.
