一次性根治术配合自拟祛痈汤治疗小儿肛周脓肿44例疗效观察

One-off Radical Procedure Assisted with Self-developed Quyong Tang in the Treatment of Infantile Perianal Abscess:Effect Observation on 44 Cases

目的:观察采用一次性根治术配合自拟祛痈汤治疗小儿肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:选取我院2019年8月至2021年1月收治的88例肛周脓肿患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据双盲法分为A组和B组,每组44例。A组患儿采用一次性根治术联合自拟祛痈汤治疗,B组患儿采用一次性根治术治疗,观察2组患儿的疗效,创面愈合时间、上皮组织出现时间、肛门功能恢复时间,术后1、3周水肿、肉芽组织生长、疼痛、便秘评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果:A组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于B组(P <0.05);A组患儿术后创面愈合时间、上皮组织出现时间、肛门功能恢复时间均短于B组(P <0.05);术后1、3周A组患儿水肿、肉芽组织生长、疼痛及便秘评分均低于B组(P <0.05);A组患儿术后并发症发生率低于B组(P <0.05)。结论:采用一次性根治术配合自拟祛痈汤治疗小儿肛周脓肿效果显著,可明显减轻患儿疼痛和水肿,缩短创面愈合时间,减少并发症的发生,患儿肛门功能良好。

Objective To observe the effect of one-off radical procedure assisted with self-developed Quyong Tang(a TCM formula,Tang)in the treatment of infantile perianal abscess(IPAA). Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 88 pediatric patients with IPAA treated in author’s hospital from 2019-08 to 2021-01:according to double-blind method divide them into group A and group B;group A received one-off radical procedure plus Tang,group B only one-off radical procedure;then,observe both groups’ effect,wound-surface healing time,epithelium genesis time,the time for anal function recovered,postoperative complication incidence status,as well as at 1,3 weeks after surgery the score ratings on edema,on granulation tissue growth,on pian,and on constipation. Results In total effective rate;in the time for wound-surface healing,for epithelium genesis,and for anal function recovered;in the score ratings on edema,on granulation tissue growth,on pain,and on constipation,as well as in the incidence of postoperative complication group A was respectively higher;shorter;lower;as well as lower than group B(all,P <0.05).Conclusion For IPAA one-off radical procedure assisted with self-developed Tang has significant effect,can distinctly relieve pediatric patients’ pain and edema,shorten wound-surface healing time,reduce complication,and with good anal function.
