醒脾养儿颗粒治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿慢性腹泻的疗效观察

Effect Observation on Xingpi Yanger Granule for Treating Infantile’s Chronic Diarrhea in Type of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿慢性腹泻的疗效。方法:将脾胃虚弱型慢性腹泻患儿86例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患儿采用常规对症治疗以及营养支持,在此基础上,观察组患儿加用醒脾养儿颗粒进行治疗,观察2组患儿的疗效、各项临床症状改善情况以及治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白的水平变化情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患儿呕吐消失时间、止泻时间、退热时间及食欲改善时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前2组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白水平均得到改善,且相较于对照组,观察组患儿改善更明显(P <0.05)。结论:对脾胃虚弱型小儿慢性腹泻采用醒脾养儿颗粒进行治疗可以显著提高治疗效果,缩短患儿临床症状改善时间,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Xingpi Yanger granules(a TCM formula,Granules)for treating infantile’s chronic diarrhea(ICD)in type of deficiency of spleen and stomach(DSS). Methods Randomly divided 86 pediatric patients with above diarrhea into control group(43 cases,received routine target treatment and nutrition support)and observation group(43 cases,based on control group’s therapy,added with Granules);then,observed both groups’ effect,the improvement status on every clinical symptoms,and the changed status of serum Igs’ levels before and after treatment. Results Before treatment both groups’ serum Igs’ levels had no statistical difference(P >0.05);But,in total effective rate;in the time for vomiting disappeared,for diarrhea stopped,for fever down,and for appetite improved;as well as in posttreatment serum Igs’ levels improved status observation group was respectively higher,shorter,as well as obviouser than control group(all,P <0.05). Conclusion Added Granules for treatment of ICD in type of DSS can significantly enhance effect,shorten pediatric patients symptoms’ improved time,and uplift their body immuno-function.
