手术室系统化护理理念对中低位直肠癌患者术后早期恢复水平的影响

Influence of Systematized Nursing Vision in Operating Room on Postoperative Early Recovery Level of Patients with Low or Mid-Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨手术室系统化护理理念对中低位直肠癌患者术后早期恢复水平的影响。方法:将低位直肠癌手术患者88例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患者采用手术室常规护理,观察组患者采用手术室全程护理,比较2组患者手术情况、早期胃肠道功能恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次进食时间及首次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对中低位直肠癌患者术中应用手术室系统化护理理念,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于患者术后早期恢复。

Objective To investigate the influence of systematized nursing vision(SNV)in operating room on postoperative early recovery level of patients with low or mid-rectal cancer. Methods The 88 cases were randomly divided into control group(44 cases,received routine nursing in operating room)and observation group(44 cases,whole course nurisng);then,both groups’ patient’s operating status,early recovered status on gastrointestinal function,and postoperative complication incidence. Results In operating time and hospitalization stay;in intraoperative bleeding volume;in the time for flatus from anus,for first eating,and for first bowel movement;and in complication incidence observation group was respectively shorter;less;shorter;and lower than control group(all,P <0.05). Conclusion Amidst surgery for low or mid-rectal cancer following operating room SNV can reduce intraoperative bleeding volume,shorten operating time and hospitalization stay,decrease postoperative complication,and is beneficial to postoperatively early recovery of patients.
