摘要
随着海上作战环境、作战模式和搜索目标特性日趋复杂,舰载雷达在舰载作战体系中的作用日趋增强。对此,文中针对某型舰载两面阵雷达天线的设计要求,重点提出了一种能够满足两面阵垂直布置和安装精度要求的两面阵雷达天线系统。同时在保证整体外形包络尺寸最小的情况下,使操作人员工作平台最大化,以便调试、观测及维修保养,并运用仿真软件NX对其进行了力学仿真验证。仿真结果及整机工程实施验证表明,该系统性能稳定,精度可靠,人机工程优异。
With increasing complexity of maritime combat environment, combat mode and search target characteristics, the role of shipborne radar in shipborne combat system is becoming more and more important.In view of this, according to the design requirements of a shipborne two-plane array radar antenna, a two-plane array radar antenna is put forward in this paper, which can meet the requirement of vertical arrangement and installation accuracy. Under the condition of ensuring the minimum envelope size of the overall shape, the work platform of the operator is maximized for convenience of debugging, observation and maintenance. In addition,the mechanical simulation test is carried out by the simulation software NX. The simulation results and the verification of the whole machine project show that the system has stable performance, reliable accuracy and superior ergonomics.
