一种可调加速度放大率装置的结构与仿真设计

摘要 为了在产品的随机振动过程中实现加速度放大率可调节,从材料力学、振动理论等知识出发,设计出一种加速度放大率可调装置,理论放大率调节范围为2.2~5.4,并通过数值仿真和振动试验对其放大效果进行了验证。结果表明,文中提出的加速度放大率理论计算公式准确可靠,此装置加速度放大效果良好且装置结构简单,适用性好。此理论公式与装置可推广至对振动试验加速度响应有变化需求的场合,有较好的工程借鉴作用。 In order to achieve adjustable acceleration amplification in the process of random vibration of products, this paper designs an acceleration amplification adjustable device from the knowledge of material mechanics and vibration theory, with a theoretical amplification range of 2.2 ~ 5.4, and verifies its amplification effect through numerical simulation and vibration test. The results show that the theoretical acceleration amplification formula proposed in this paper is accurate and reliable, the device has a good acceleration amplification effect and a simple structure and good applicability. The theoretical formula and the device can be extended to all the applications where the acceleration response of the vibration test needs to be varied,which is a good engineering reference.
