摘要
目的:探究复方异丙托溴铵联合丙酸倍氯米松混悬液雾化治疗小叶性肺炎患儿的效果。方法:选取96例小叶性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予丙酸倍氯米松混悬液雾化治疗,观察组给予复方异丙托溴铵加丙酸倍氯米松混悬液雾化治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能指标、治疗前后血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率及FEV;、FVC、RV水平高于对照组,症状消失时间明显短于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、Hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方异丙托溴铵联合丙酸倍氯米松混悬液雾化治疗小叶性肺炎患儿效果显著,可缓解患儿临床症状,改善患儿肺功能及血清炎性因子水平。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nebulization compound ipratropium bromide combined with beclomethasone propionate suspension in the treatment of children with lobular pneumonia.Methods:A total of 96 children with lobular pneumonia were selected as the research objects,who were randomized into the observation group and control group,each with 48 cases.The control group were given beclomethasone dipropionate suspension atomization treatment,while the observation group were treated with nebulization compound ipratropium bromide combined with beclomethasone propionate suspension.The treatment effects,lung function indexes and serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,FEV1,FVC,and RV levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the disappearance time of symptoms was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and Hs-CRP were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nebulization compound ipratropium bromide combined with beclomethasone propionate suspension has a significant therapeutic effect on children with lobular pneumonia,which can relieve the children’s clinical symptoms,and improve their lung functions and serum inflammatory factor levels.
