滋水涵木法联合西药治疗白内障术后肝肾阴亏型干眼症临床研究

Clinical study of Zishuihanmu method combined with western medicine in the treatment of dry eye syndrome(deficiency type of both liver and kidney-yin)after cataract surgery

目的:探究滋水涵木法联合西药治疗白内障术后干眼症(肝肾阴亏型)临床研究。方法:选取白内障术后干眼症肝肾阴亏型80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组行贝复舒滴眼液治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上行滋水涵木法治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的泪液分泌试验(SIT)评分以及泪膜破裂时间(BUT),治疗后总有效率、不良反应和相关生活质量。结果:经治疗后试验组SIT、BUT值高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率95.00%高于对照组总有效率80.00%(P<0.05);试验组不良反应率2.50%低于对照组5.00%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后试验组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋水涵木法联合西药治疗白内障术后干眼症(肝肾阴亏型),疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zishuihanmu method combined with western medicine on the treatment of dry eye syndrome(deficiency type of both liver and kidney-yin)after cataract surgery.Methods:80 patients with dry eye syndrome of deficiency type of both liver and kidney-yin after cataract surgery were selected as the research objects and randomized into the experimental groups and control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eyedrops(bFGF eyedrops),while the experimental group was treated with Zishuihanmu method on the basis of the control group.The Schirmer I test(SIT)scores and tear break-up time(BUT)before and after treatment;adverse reactions,total effective rate and related quality of life after treatment were compared between patients in both groups.Results:After treatment,SIT and BUT values of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was 2.50%lower than 5.00%in the control group(P>0.05);and the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zishuihanmu method with western medicine in the treatment of dry eye syndrome(deficiency type of both liver and kidney-yin)after cataract surgery has a significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
