中西药联合应用对铜绿假单胞菌抗菌作用的研究进展

Research progress of antibacterial effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on pseudomonas aeruginosa

铜绿假单胞菌(pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pa)是一种常见的院内感染条件致病菌。近年,铜绿假单胞菌的耐药现象越来越严重。多重耐药和泛耐药菌株的不断出现,为临床使用抗生素治疗带来了极大的挑战。近年来研究不断发现中草药对细菌的抑制作用,这为研究中草药和抗生素的联合使用,特别是探索中草药的抑菌机制,寻找抑制或逆转耐药菌株的新型药物提供了新方向。本文对中草药和抗生素联合使用对铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑制作用进行综述。

Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)is a common nosocomial infection pathogen.In recent years,the drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa has become more and more serious.Since the emergence of multi-drug resistant and pan-drug resistant strains,it has posed great challenges to the clinical use of antibiotics.Currently,Chinese herbal medicine has been continuously found to be able to inhibit bacteria,which provides a new direction for the study of the combined use of Chinese herbal medicine with antibiotics,especially for the exploration of the antibacterial mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine and the search for new drugs to inhibit or reverse drug-resistant strains.The authors in this article reviews the in vitro inhibition of P.aeruginosa by the combination of Chinese herbal medicines with antibiotics.
