摘要
压力管道是一种特殊承压设备,被广泛应用于运输可燃、易爆、有毒、有害气体或液体,具有一定的危险性,在使用的过程中,可能会因管道老化、缺陷等问题导致介质泄漏,进而造成经济损失甚至人员伤害,因此,对压力管道进行全面检验,提前发现问题变得尤为重要。压力管道检验常用的方法有测厚、射线、超声等,针对不同介质及运行工况,选择一种或几种的组合,但目前并无详细的检验全过程的介绍。本文主要阐述了压力管道检验的过程,详述不同检验方法的适用性,并对检验过程中存在的问题给出具有可行性的解决方案。
Pressure pipeline is a kind of special pressure equipment,which is widely used to transport flammable,explosive,poisonous,harmful gas or liquid,and has certain risk.In the process of use,the pipeline aging,defects and other problems may lead to medium leakage,resulting in economic losses,or even person injuries.Therefore,it is very important to detect the problems in advance through the comprehensive inspection of the pressure pipeline.The commonly used methods of pressure pipeline inspection include thickness measurement,ray and ultrasonic.One or several combinations are selected for different media and operating conditions,but there is no detailed introduction of the whole process of inspection at present.This paper mainly describes the process of pressure pipeline inspection,details the applicability of different inspection methods,and gives feasible solutions to the problems existing in the inspection process.
