逆向物资管理装置在退役物资处理中的应用

摘要 为实现经济的发展和电力事业的进步,考虑重复利用和节省资源,把回收的物资通过种类和可再利用条件的判定,实现废旧物资与设备维护信息贯通,在不影响电力系统正常运行的前提下减少资金的使用,避免不必要的浪费。根据资产全寿命周期管理对流程管理的要求,结合公司资产管理的具体特点,本文详细介绍了逆向物资管理装置在退役物资处理中的应用,对目前物资管理流程进行优化与应用。 In order to realize the economic development and the progress of the electric power industry,consider the reuse and saving of resources.The recycled materials are judged through the type and reusable conditions to achieve the integration of old materials and equipment maintenance information,reduce the use of funds in the premise of not affecting the normal operation of the power system,avoid unnecessary waste.According to the requirements of asset life cycle management on process management,combined with the specific characteristics of the company's asset management,the paper details the application of reverse material management device in the treatment of decommissioned materials and optimizes and applies the current material management process.
