Toll样受体9(TLR9)是TLR家族中的一员,在机体天然免疫和适应性免疫活化中发挥关键作用。TLR9与哮喘、肺癌、肺炎等多种常见呼吸系统疾病有密切关联,影响疾病的转归与预后。该文结合近年相关研究,综述TLR9在呼吸系统疾病中的作用及其相关机制。

Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9)is a member of the TLR family, which plays a key role in the activation of innate and adaptive immunity. TLR9 is closely associated with various common respiratory diseases, such as asthma, lung cancer and pneumonia, and affects clinical outcome and prognosis. In this article, the roles and related mechanisms of TLR9 in respiratory diseases were reviewed based on relevant studies in recent years.
